Vendor Confirmation

Let's face it - the last few weeks before your wedding will be hectic enough without having to double-check your vendors! With final gown fittings, bridesmaid's luncheons, spa visits, and other last minute details, the last thing you need to worry about is whether or not your vendors are confirmed. August Events & Promotions, LLC will confirm your vendors one week prior to your wedding, finalizing arrival and set up times for your big day.

Rehearsal Direction

August Events & Promotions, LLC will work with your officiant to get your wedding party in line, literally! We will work with your preferences in mind to make sure your processional, recessional and everything in between highlight the bride on her big day!

Ceremony Set-up

August Events & Promotions, LLC will arrive at your ceremony site as early as possible to set up decorations, display programs, prepare the unity candle or other ceremony items, and generally make sure the ceremony venue will look perfect on your big day. We will also ensure that all your guests are welcomed and seated by your ushers and that each member of your wedding party are in place at the proper time.

Reception Set-up

Between your mani/pedi and getting your hair done, you may not have time to decorate your reception site with your carefully crafted favors and table decorations. August Events & Promotions, LLC will take care of all the details for you, as you instruct, from place cards to table decorations to the guest book. We'll make sure your reception looks like the wedding wonderland you envisioned!

Event Management

As part of your wedding dream team, August Events & Promotions, LLC will work behind the scenes to ensure your big day goes as planned. In the event that a minor emergency occurs, August Events & Promotions will handle it professionally, allowing you to enjoy quality time with your family and friends on your big day. Of course, we will be available to you throughout your day to assist you in any way.

Pack Presents

As you say your good-byes to your family and friends and prepare to leave the reception, August Events & Promotions, LLC will make sure all the loose ends are tied up. All your gifts, cards, decorations, and extra favors will make it to the correct location at the end of the night. We'll even make sure your getaway car is ready with your overnight bags, so you can rest easy as you begin your new life as a married couple.

Forget something? Don't worry, August Events & Promotions, LLC comes to each wedding with the Wedding Day Survival Kit. Equipped with pain reliever, stain remover, hairspray, hair pins, safety pins, needle & thread, deodorant, bandages, and all those things you never knew you might need on your wedding day.

On your wedding day, August Events & Promotions, LLC will be the first to arrive and the last to leave.
